Availability & Rental Options

We offer e-bikes, standard bikes, children's bikes, and tandem bikes for hire in 2-hour, 4-hour, or all-day rental periods. Please note that tandem bikes are exclusively available at our Warburton location.

Complimentary Helmets & Add-Ons
Helmets are provided free of charge with every bike rental. You can also enhance your ride with optional extras such as trailers, baby seats, locks, and gel seat covers at the Warburton and Carriage Cafe locations. These extras can be added during the booking process after selecting your bike and hire date.

Booking and Walk-Ins

Our Warburton location at Cog Bikes & Brew Cafe welcomes walk-ins during business hours. However, we recommend pre-booking, especially on weekends and public holidays. For groups larger than four, or to book outside regular hours, please call 0410 410 853 to confirm availability.

24-Hour Notice Locations
The following locations require at least 24 hours' notice for all bookings:

• Carriage Cafe Seville: Open for pre-booked bike hire five days a week (closed Mondays and Wednesdays).
• Trail Cafe
• Gracious Grace Cafe

Bike Assignment
Bicycles are assigned based on the rider's details. Please ensure you provide accurate rider heights when booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or postpone due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness or weather, a credit valid for six months will be issued for future use. New booking dates can be arranged at your convenience.

Return Times & Extended Rentals
All bike rentals must end by 4 pm daily or within the booked hire time (whichever is sooner), unless prior arrangements are made. Rates for extended hire beyond a single day can be negotiated—please call 0410 410 853 for more information.

 Online Booking Assistance
If you encounter issues with online booking, such as unavailable dates or other difficulties, please contact us at 0410 410 853, and we will assist you. 

 Group Bookings on Closed Days
If you're hoping to book for more than four people on a day when we're closed, please call us at 0410 410 853, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
